Miniature Polar Bear from W.chest - Guild Wars Forums

and was wondering, will the mini polar bear only drop from January 1st until 5 or is it available throughout the event? I was thinking, maybe it does not only have a low drop rate, but maybe it isn't even available until Jan. 1st.
